Have you ever wondered what pace you should train and race at? For the following events I recommend the following race day intensities and then designing your training around those intensities.

SPRINT - 90-100% of FTP

OLYMPIC - 85-95% of FTP

70.3 HALF - 75-90% of FTP

IRONMAN - 65-75% of FTP
